One of the best hitters I ever watched growing up, a lot of the new guys could have learned a lot from him. He could hit any pitch any where.
 
Definitely was an amazing hitter. Didnt see him play all that much as he was in the NL and the Jays are AL. RIP Tony
 
Not just a good hitter, but a class act, too. A man who excelled at his profession yet knew he wasn't bigger than the game.
 
If you DIP or CHEW or SMOKE, STOP! It ain"t worth it. RIP Tony, one hell of a guy.
 
Interesting stat on the radio this morning about him. Had he continued to play, he could've gone 0 for his next 1200 and his average would still be above .300
