m2 diecast anybody else into these

Thanks but. I got to "limit" myself just a bit (I do get carried away with things at times) And really, I was looking for the little ones that are 1:87th scale......... as they would have looked WAY better in a train set I'm trying to fill a auto carrier car with autos, instead of an empty car as the ones provided with the train car, are WAY to "toyish" for me.....

I have thought about collecting 1:64th scale tho, I do have a little of it, in Caterpillar so.....

Monogram as well as Revell i believe had 1/87th scale all ready assembled cars that were highly detailed, i believe hot wheels did some 1/87th in clear cubes as well. The Revell ones would prob be better suited to a working model railroad car as they were i believe all plastic except for the die cast chassis. They had some 60s muscle cars, and the only 80s cars i had seen by them were a buick GN, and camaro Z28.

A german company called Wiking made some very detailed 1/87th trucks and cars. Tho these were mostly based on European and German prototype.
