1973 Dodge Dart Sport 340 (Florida)

1973 Dodge Dart Sport numbers matching 340 and 727 trans. Located in Jacksonville, Fl.

This was a project car my dad and I started on 10+ years ago. My dad recently sold his shop and I had to bring the car to my garage but at this point of my life, I do not have the time to enjoy this car and it takes up precious room in my garage. I hate to see it go but I hope it can find a good home to someone that will continue to improve it and enjoy it.

Motor:

* Bored 30 over, new pistons/rings, high volume oil pump
* Lunati Bracket Master Cam & Lifters: Duration 292/292, Lift .480/.480
* Mopar Performance distributor, MSD 6AL Ignition Box, MSD Super Conductor 8.5mm Wires
* Edelbrock Tarantula single plan intake (old school) and Edelbrock 650 carb (just rebuilt)
* Hedman headers (currently open headers - no exhaust)
* New interstate battery
* Runs fantastic - watch at [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mcjw1ZcIycQ"]73 340 dart sport start up - YouTube[/ame]

Transmission:

727 rebuilt with shift kit installed. The current stock stall convertor is to small for the cam and the stock trans pan is leaking a little (think it may be warped). I have a new B&M Holeshot 3000RPM stall convertor and new cast aluminum TCI 2 extra court capacity tans pan that are included with the car. I just have not had the time to install these two items.

Body:

The body is in good shape. The only real rust is some in the trunk floor board which would ultimately need to be replaced. The doors currently on the car are not original, but I have the original set (in good shape) that are included with the car. Paint job is drivers quality but nothing spectacular.

Interior:

In good shape. Newer carpet and dash cap. No tears in seats. Factory console and shifter. Autometer pro comp gauges (RPM Tach, oil pressure, and water temp). Door panels are currently off but included - need to be cleaned up or refinished.

Other:

* Currently has air shocks in the rear but will include a set of new KYB Gas a Just Shocks that I haven't installed yet.
* Rear is 8 1/4 with 3:23 gears (I believe)
* Has Cragar five star rims and almost new tires with 0 road miles on them.

This is a project car that is 95% finished - not completely ready for the road but does not need much to be there.

$8200 OBO - If you are interested and have any questions, shoot me a message.
