Highway RPMS ?

I was playing around with the summit gear ratio calculator and found…
2.76 gear
29 in tall tire
70 mph
=2238rpm
Will the slant hold up all that way at those rpms?
or should i try to fit a bigger tire (as in taller) with some "adjustments"
i know 29 is the tallest without masaging ;)
