Lol, yes I agree 100% he is hard to get ahold of. I have first hand experience on doing so.

He needs to have an answering service. They can be set up for emailing or texting so you get your messages anywhere & immediately. In this day & age with technology there is no excuse for not getting back to people when running a business.This would increase sales as well.
