do hemi heads fit other blocks?

About 20 years ago, my brother built a Stage V Engineering 440 conversion Hemi.
The modifications to do this weren't that hard, the major one was a oil drain back line that had to be drilled and installed in the block from the cylinder head. (Not that hard at all.)
The heads and the rockers especially were a work of art, it was almost a shame to put the valve covers on!
The guy himself that manufactured them had a last name of Hansen and he had his name cast into the head.
When i was down in Southern California one year at the Winternationals, we went and had a small tour of his shop and a b.s. session. He was one of the nicest guys i ever met, and did all the work and machining himself, a true one man operation.
He had Hemi heads and valve covers stacked up like cord wood, Drool Drool Drool!
He manufactured a lot of special rocker arms, used primarily for Alcohol Funny Cars.
I sure wish i still had the pictures of the engine my brother built and Stage V Engineering's shop.
