• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica]The motor vehicle is at least 25 years old AND[/FONT]

• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica]No acceptable ownership document is available AND[/FONT]
• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica]The motor vehicle is physically located in Colorado[/FONT]
