Another Mopar Off My Bucket List - Barracuda Fastback

What does Mike have to say about how the motor is running? Could the problem be installation related such as exhaust or fuel delivery? Something wrong with the voltage to the ign?

That thing should run great. Whats up?

I probably should have called Mike about the way the motor was behaving right away. I trust that he'd most likely have gotten me on track. Part of me wants to solve it on my own. I get a certain satisfaction from troubleshooting. But with everything else I've got going on (and the fact that I've been putting a higher priority on the rest of the vehicles) I will give him a call within the next few days. I'd like to have the vacuum tester here first so that I can give him more info when I speak with him.

I don't believe the fuel delivery is an issue. I've got a new tank, new 3/8" fuel line running front to rear, and Mike supplied a new mechanical pump. As far as ignition goes, I'd be more likely to suspect it if all of the plugs weren't covered in carbon. I know it does develop a miss but it seems to coincide with how clean/dirty the plugs are. My money is still on too much fuel.

Meanwhile you can see how the driveway has morphed from car work space to truck shop.
