will 275/60/15 fit 71 Duster ?

No rubbing on the inside?
I have ss springs, with "quick" turns i have a gentle rub on the inside. The lower the car is the bigger chance for this to happen with body roll. Gas dampers made a change but not that much.
I will trim quarter lips and add spacers to make this go away. Also wanted the car to sit lower but I will do it only after I put spacers with longer studs. I made the front sit a bit higher so overall it looks better for now. Also I have deep pan and wanted to have a better clearance.

I had a slight rub on the inside of the passenger wheel well going through dips, like on the entrance to parking lots, before I added my rear sway bar. With the Helwig rear sway bar installed I don't get any rubbing at all anymore. I have 121 lb rear springs that are basically zero arch and Fox shocks.

I'd be careful lowering your car much though. It's hard to tell from the angle on the picture you posted, but it doesn't look like you have any room to the outside quarter to add spacers. Use a straight edge or yardstick on your sidewall and it will tell you how much room you'll have to the quarter. I know it looks like I have plenty of space on mine, but from the sidewall going straight up I have less than a 1/2" to the quarter lip, and that's after a 1/2" trim.
