The Show 'n Shine downtown is Aug 24th
Cars cruising 8th street is probably as big of an event as the car show.....as people line up to see all the cars cruising, especially on SAT evening/night.

There are usually some poker rally's on saturday/sunday. (If you scroll down to list of last years events, it lists some rally's........they do not have them listed for this year yet)
