416 low oil pressure at idle

The "dreaded diamond", a laid over rectangle, is what they used for the oversize lifter bores. Funny thing is my 340 has the DD and I think the guy before me just slapped in standard lifters. It had OK oil pressure hot but was only 15-20 PSI at idle.
