1969 Dart Street/Strip (Re)Build

Got her out for a little bit of driving. Have about 15 miles on the odometer now. My fan kept running without the key being on. Turned out to be a bad relay (another bad part brand new out of the box). Reset my gauges add well as some other odds and ends. One thing to check is your lug nuts! I sniffed the lugs a few weeks ago when the car was off the ground. Well when I went for my first run I completely forgot that they were not torqued. I nearly lost my front wheel. 4 nuts backed off and the one left banged around hard enough to spin the stud in the rotor, thus not allowing the wheel to completely come off. Man was I lucky! Cut the head of the nut off and installed a new rotor and now back in business. I was so pisses that I checked everything else yet overlooked the simplest and basic of things.

So the new gears I have in the car seem to whine a lot. Mostly under deceleration. They are Richmond 4.10's. Is that normal?
