Problem with ply30 member

I disagree Rob. If people aren't held accountable they will just keep following the same pattern in life, a past member by the name of Bob is a good example. This isn't the first time that this has been an issue with Justin, it is at least the third time. Needless to say this is costing him a lot of future sales.

Also if you think back when he bought a steering wheel and it was lost in shipment. He wanted a refund from the seller and the seller to wait for the insurance, the refund is the correct way it should be handled.
