Problem with ply30 member

I'll donate a pillow case... This seems much more like a seller who isn't prepared to be a dependable seller or back up his own word rather than someone who is fallen on "hard times".
A seller should keep the buyer's funds available for a reasonable amount of time or at least until they know that a satisfactory transaction between the two parties has been achieved. And at the very bare minimum until the damn package has been confirmed as delivered!!!
Piss-poor service all around is what is happening here, nothing more, would be my best guess. I am glad for threads like these to help alert though I do wish it didn't have to drag on so long., which is yet another reason this guy gets very low marks in my books.
