Problem with ply30 member

all cases are not the same and general rules that try to cover most cases don't always work for every case. No matter how many good sales he has had in the past or might have going right now or even good/bad feedback we have all seen this played out and you guys know even more behind the scenes. I'm pretty sure we all know what going on here with this guy and for some reason (at least right now )he has issues with doing the right thing for more than one of his customers.

I don't believe anything is cut and dry ( even general rules) and Good things happen to good people sometimes and we understand that But Irregardless of rules right is right his guy should not be allowed to sell any more stuff until he clears up some of his current issues.
