Debating 5.7 or 6.1 swap

The advice I keep receiving is that there's too much security stuuf in the factory computer, and too much unnecessary wiring in the factory harness. Looking at the Holley HP and the EFI Source setups, wiring is gonna be pretty clean, and simple to install.
