Lines, Hoses, what fits?

I don't know if the six and eight cyl. had different pumps, but my 72 dart had a slant and the hose had an inverted flare. went to autozone and bought one for a 72 with v8 and it had the o-ring fitting. fit the pump just fine. now mine is a ram pump and not a Durango if there's any difference. dave.
