Generally, early and late wheels have different backspace when going from SBP (less) to LBP (more).

I know.

7" with 4.5 bs should easily fit under the car. Anything more than 4.5" bs on a 7" wheel is hard to find unless you use import style wheels.

I am exhausted.....down every avenue.
