1960-1962 Valiant/Lancer thread

Nice car. These cars look a whole lot better with bigger tires than the original 13 inch stuff IMO.

I am a new 1961 Lancer owner and I have a couple of questions for the group. Does anyone have a picture of the horns on one of these? I see the '62 has them mounted above the shock mounts on the inside like on Tommy1Ton's photos, but my '61 doesn't have the mounts for them there. So where do they go?

Where is the best place to get a front sway bar for these cars? Addco is the only place that I can find that has an offering for the '60-'62, but it is only 7/8" diameter with a 3/4" rear bar. That seems too small for the rear size, especially considering that the '63 uses a 1.125" front bar with the same rear bar.

Also, there are 2 switch mounts on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. The far left mount has the light switch in it, but what would go into the other one? Thanks for your help.
