Torn Bicep Tendon

Yikes!

Had a separated rotator cuff a couple of years ago. Surgery worked out great but the recovery was about 5.5 months. Hope you are not left handed, it's not easy to learn to do things with your non-dominant hand.

I'm surprised they gave you an injection (I am assuming it was cortizone). They tried that on me before they confirmed the tear and it just made the pain worse.
