Someonesuggested Magnum Dakota headers but they look like they would interfer with thesteering coupler, but that was about it, unique design for sure.
According to what other members have experienced the 67/68 340manifold will fit the early A bodies. Especially with 67/68 motor mounts!! Or spacers
If you tried the ones in the pic and they didn't work would you mind tell me where they were hitting. And did you try using a taller motor mount?? Like I wrote before I don't want you to but anything that won't work. I know for sure that I have read here on FABO that a few members have used the pre-70 340 driver on 65/66 A bodies with P/S. They fit very close but they do clear everything.
