Rocker Arm Oiling question

Guys. Thanks. Had me worried there. After all the horror stories I have read about these crate motors, I am checking everything and pretty paranoid about it.

Now if I can just figure out a way to Prime and Turn the Engine at the same time solo, Might be redneck engineering in my near future..
