Tire wear, what's causing this! ? ?

Doesn't a toe issue usually result in wear on inside or outside of both tires? Wearing on the outside of one and the inside of the other would make me think the car is tracking cooked. Im no front end mechanic but I'd check the alignment of the front-end relative to the rear.
