1966 Valiant/Barracuda 360,What oil pan

A 392 pan ? .. This one is not in good shape and looks like the edges are cracked in some area's, just a picture for me to go by http://www.ebay.com/itm/MOPAR-Dodge...-OEM-Oil-Pan-Sand-Blasted-30755-/321572652052

If I remember right there is 2 pans I can use, 392 and ?. or does one give me better clearance ? ( I am going fenderwell Headman super comp's).
