if you guys ever venture way south, south ga, parts of n and s Carolina, maybe Virginia, you will find it as side dish at B b Que shack! ( best is always done in shack!??)...
receipes will vary, but basically it consists of GROUND UP!!! pork and chicken. by mothers 100 yr old receipe calls for equal parts of pork should and a "fryer". not a layer, not a little chicken, but a full growed home raised "mature" chicken!!! LOL it will generlly hAVE SOME WHOLE KERNAL CORN MIXED IN. ( clumsy fingers).. some vinegar in there. this and that... don't have time to hunt the ingredients...
a must with b b q made with "red" sauce and boston butt...
