Rams with rust

i have a 97 and 98 4 wheel drive 1500's and they are getting rust on bottom of doors where the weep holes have clogged, i keep them clean as much as possible now, i have had to replace fuel tank straps on both from rusting out. and brake lines on both from front to rear. the 98 leaf spring shackles on rear of springs rusted and broke with a load on it. also have a 2001 2500 ram van that is rusting bad below fuel door, i have bought new metal to fix when weather gets better.
