73 Dart Sport..340/4spd

Hey members.. Got a well put together car to sell for a very ill friend. AGAIN... this is not mine, but for a great friend of mine.
The prize is a '73 Dart Sport, original 340 4 speed car, with a very nice, custom built 340 motor (430hp on dyno) and 5 speed TKO trans, TTi Headers and exhaust, narrowed 8 3/4 rear with Mark Williams axles.
Has the first set of Magnum Force tubular upper control arms(this car was the one used to prototype the parts), completely rewelded and gussetted k-member, full rollcage (tig welded), "mini" tubs, subframe connectors and spring relocation. All new bushings, Bilstein shocks, etc.. Plan was to add BIG Baer brakes and upgrade the wheel/tire package, but became very ill.
Has fiberglass front and rear bumpers, and 'glass 6 pac hood. Comes with a BUNCH of extra parts (and spares) - some of which are: earlier (71/72) front fenders, complete extra driver side quarter panel, extra interior panels, another 340 motor, etc. etc. etc..... Car is NOT rusty, it is a true street car and has very few miles on the whole drivetrain (maybe 500 miles).
Car is on west coast (central/coastal California)... $22k is starting point (way more than that invested in just "upgrades")..
Car and ALL of the parts are being sold together, and because of his health, MUST be sold.. Sorry NO trades! Please help me to help my best friend and his family.
