No noticeable discoloration in foot or toe.
Be careful with the water intake. If it washes all the electrolytes out of your system, that leads to the ER too. They called it water toxic, electrolyte shock. I felt as if I was dying from nothing. One of those strange periods in my past I'd like to forget.
