67-69 vs 70-72 Dodge Darts

I think if ya go back and study ma mopar, ya will find that the dodge was considered a more "upscale" model than the Plymouth, and giving the buyer that extra few inch well based justified its slightly higher price!???? LOL
for the last several decades,, the Mopar mags had a lot to do with what the average enthusiast craved...... then ya saw Mopar action do the "brick", story,,,, a nicely prepped early A car for road and track. and gradualy w saw more of the non-mainstream muscle cars, more of the slant duster made into a wild hemi car,mmm etc....
now we are in a point in time, when not everyone wants a high end restored 383 69 roadrunner, which the factory made like what 85,000 of that year, can't afford ( even with the down prices we've seen since 08), the 70-1 e body..... now tons of us find we like the 67-9 dart or the 70-2 swinger etc.. for e xample. used to be NOONE wants these cars... if it wasn't "deemed" a muscle car, few people cared unless they were building a drag car??????
