Small block intake ?

It won on that engine combo.....maybe it would not win on ALL engine combos.....unless you have tried all engine combo...

engine accelerating on dyno probably not the same as engine accelerating going down the track....as I have let to see a dyno stage and take the tree...


I agree 100%, however there is enough info there to show that a fine intake being called a "Hi rise stocker" is not anywhere near being a whipping post for the older intake that was claimed to "ALWAYS outperform the 2 plane crap".

For street, street/strip, and most Sportsman class racers, the Air Gap is a much better choice.

Now, a lighter car with a fast revving, high rpm engine may see more benefit from the Strip Dominator. Both have their place depending on application. It just appears that the Air Gap has a much broader application range that it works well in.
