I would say a 100>125 shot is ok on Cast pistons, 150>250 forged slugs to be safe if your gonna hit it often. The most important thing is an adequate supply for the N20 fuel especially with anything above a 150 hit in the form of a seperate fuel line with its own pump to be safe, not absolutely mandatory but worth the extra cost if you wanna keep things alive.

Addictive it certainly is, I ran a '71 340 Cuda back in the 80's with an NOS Cheater system for those rare money events we had back then, went from a 12.39 n/a to 11.01. If you set it up proper, take care of your timing re the amount of hit for the comp you got and the fuel you use its a win win, and you won't even tip a plug.
