Looks like winter has moved in :glasses7: 30 degrees and sunny today here in northeast Arkansas :cheers:
It should get up to 40 by 2pm, I better get some energy food in me and get moving :toothy1:

Eating lite this morning :D I stood on the scales and I see I have hit 200 lbs :banghead:
