Testing a new part out for my convertible early A

now that I have been home and relaxed for a couple of weeks or so, I started working on a couple things that needed to get done.
1. those plastic side trim panels for the rear side panels are now going to get .090 plastic. .060 just stretched too thin. if .090 doesn't help then I'll jump to .125 but the shape is dead on and fit is GOOD!
2. divider cushions for the front window for the convertible molds are made and a couple of test pieces are made. fit ain't too bad but the hardness is suspect. really soft for a shore 60a.

I am going to get some harder urethane about to shore 89 or more just to make sure it works good.

and then I got the rear bumper cushions made for my darts
these I like! still a little ragged around the edges but a sharp x-acto blade can cure that.
