Got a voice mail ( remember when they were called "phone messages"?) from an ex-customer needing some advice on who to call to get some work done on his office. I'll call him back after 9am.
I've been doing a lot of that since I retired. It happened quite frequently when I was in business, customers would ask for recommendation on other trades to get stuff done. Now, I get these calls on my cell, from former customers... All commercial customers looking for advice and opinions on commercial contractors to do work for them.
Joyce says I should start a referral company, "Frank's List". lol All I need is a cell phone and my tablet.
