Front spoiler 70/71 Demon/dart

With these spoilers can you still drive up on car ramps?

Fred B

Car ramps? Like for a trailer? Couldn't tell you, I don't trailer my car anywhere. Ever. It's a car, if I need to take somewhere I drive it.

So far it seems like it clears shorter parking blocks. But my car is lowered about as far as you can go with the stock LCA's, I've got an 1-1/2" from the top of the LCA to the bottom of the frame. Wouldn't be much of an issue for most folks.

Did you notice any difference with it like cooling or noise?

I haven't noticed any increase in noise, but I probably couldn't hear it over my exhaust anyway. I run dynomax welded ultra flo's, that's pretty much all I hear. :D

It's possible it runs a little cooler, but it's not much if it does. I haven't had any issues with running hot when I'm on the open road. I was actually considering a radiator cover of some kind when it was colder, I was having a hard time keeping the thermostat open on the freeway anytime the temp was much less than 45*F.

It might just be wishful thinking, but the car does seem to feel more stable at speed on the freeway. The front end feels more solid at higher speeds. Not that it was floaty before, but at 70+ the steering felt a little lighter than it did, say, under 50 or so. Now it feels the same all the way through. It's not a huge difference, but with 16:1 manual steering and 275's up front I notice if the steering gets even a tiny bit easier. ;)
