Need to identify this balancer

Any more pictures of it, some being a side view.

I believe a cast crank dampner will say cast crank somewhere on it but, not 100% sure.

Just been told it should say 340 cast crank and a 360 would say 360 cast crank on the balancer, so this is a steel.
