He'll probably tell you he can't give you as much as you paid for it because the hood is damaged. I think it got damaged being shipped to him, and the delay in delivery was to get it fixed. He may have gotten it way cheap because of body damage and patched it up quickly. Maybe not in the dealerships body shop, but somewhere.
