Looking for a lock-up 904 in decent condition, to either rebuild or install as is. Please post details of what you have, your location, and price below.
I saved the tranny out of a 91 pickup. The truck drove xlnt, shifted great, had no problems. I bought tit for the engine, then parted it out. The only think I kept is the tranny. It may be a 727 or a 904. I don't know that much about torque flite trannys, but it is a lock-up. I can take a picture if you like. It's still in my garage since last summer. $100 plus the ride from Oregon 97141
