How hard can a 273,run? (street/strip)?

The notes on the time slips that I got from the driver of my D/Dart (Ralph Costa) state it was shifted at from 6700-7000 RPM's and went through the traps at between 6900 and 7000. It ran a best ET of 12.95 and as fast as 105 MPH back in 1966.

The car was set up for D/Stock. It had 5.30 gears and ran on 7" wide slicks inflated to 9-14 psi. At that time, they used rosin on the slicks for traction.
