A904 Lock Up 2-3 Shift Issue
I had an issue with my 2-3 gear shift. It would do fine under normal driving conditions until operating temperature... Then, it would slip or seem like third gear is not fully engaged unless you get off the throttle, shift, back on the throttle (same result under full throttle). It also had an shudder in Reverse when at operating temperature. I found a broken cup and a damaged band. Would replacing the cup and band fix the issue or do I need to check the servos and seal for the direct drum also? I do have a manual valve body installed.
