A little noisy is a relative term eh ! They aren't real bad it's not like they clatter more like a sewing machine , and yes it's a hydraulic roller , been thinking of upgrading the cam a little as a matter of fact . I know he's developed some better profiles over the last 4 1/2 years since I bought my motor .
