arp main studs
There is a thread here that resolves the issue. I came across it a while ago when I had the same question on my studs. I choose not to use a windage tray on my 408. I went with ARP 6 point studs. If I remember right I used a 12 point under the oil pump. On the stud under the oil pump it required a slight machining to lower the face on the cap and the 12 point fit. The 12 points are lower profile height than 6 points. It didn't take much. The thread I mention has pictures. you will just have to search for it. unfortunately I don't have any pics of mine I don't believe.
