1967 Dodge Dart Convertible

Thanks guys! Car got off of the trailer Sunday after the Indy show (I live about 6 miles from the fairgrounds, 2.5 miles from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and maybe 1.75 miles from IRP.... er... Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis now) Once my uncle got his 67 GTX and 87 Ram out of the garage it became my domain. I spend an evening cleaning and organizing the garage, put up a shelf, and got ready to fiddle with the Dart

It wasn't long after I pulled the 383 out and took it to my other (of three) shops to work on refreshing it. Then a couple days later I decided to take off some more parts, which will bring us into the beginning of returning this Dart to glory

I'm between just making it roadworthy with a nice interior (since my Dakota is turning from a street/race truck to a more track oriented racecar) or just jumping into a full bore restoration, which after looking at several threads on FABO after being away for a while seems to be the direction we're leaning towards now.

The only bummer for me is going to college full time and also working full time while trying to drag race as much as I can and keep my awesomely supportive girlfriend happy as well, so the Dart will likely not fly together like I wish it could.

Here's how she sits tonight after a little bit of stripping!

Eventually I'll break out my real camera so you guys don't have to squint at these grainy cell phone pictures.
