I thought Eastwood was relabeled Kirker too. What threw me off was the mention of getting Plum Crazy mixed, as Kirker is all premixed colors that are unique to Kirker.
I have a Kirker color chart and they don't seem to have anything close to Plum Crazy in a solid color but do have two metallic that might be close.
Kirker is kind of interesting paint you won't find professional painters using it, but a lot of people get decent results with it. I would be concerned with long term durability of a low cost paint, but, it might work with a good quality clear over it.
