Glad you got some time to work on it. I just replaced the heater core this weekend on the Duster as well. Stripped the entire heater box and soaked the clips and hardware in rust Converter... New pop rivets on the fresh air door hinges. Now to put it all back together with the new gaskets and foam from the DMT heater box rebuild kit.
