Oh yeah.

It's just been in the last few weeks they have really dumbed down.

I just got off the phone with Consumer Affairs, and they were to say the least, dumbfounded as to why a package would be sent back without trying to deliver it.


I'm still awe struck that they can print out a notice and get IT into my PO Box, yet they can't/won't do the same thing for a package. :banghead:

They don't deliver anything that requires a signature to me. They just put an orange card in the mailbox and make me go get it at the post office, instead of get out of their mail truck and knock on the door like they are SUPPOSED TO.... :banghead:


I once waited all day for a package that required a signature. Nobody knocked on my door, but when I finally went to the mail box at 5 PM, the package was in there... I didn't sign for it. I called the post office and asked who signed for it, the signature was from my neighbor who was dead for 6 years.... #-o
