Nope....no one can be as stupid as the USPS.
I got to disagree. I took a box to UPS to ship, I used 2 rolls of clear tape and completely tapped the box up, it was a brand new box, not damaged or anything, just didnt want the turbocharger to fall out of it. You'd need a very sharp knife to even open it. At the time, I was building shipping packages for Menards so I knew how to pack stuff.
Anyway, the guy working counter stamped it as poorly sealed and refused to allow me to insure it for the 1600 dollars it needed, with that stamp, he wouldn't let me insure it at all....needless to say, I didn't ship it with them and took it to fedex down the street, which ended up being cheaper.
