carlisle events price's up again

Attended Spring Carlisle. Probably counted the small vendors (Mopar) on one hand. With those rates probably hard to justify unless serious seller. ( I thought some more local small vendors would show up). The crowd has changed. People still buying though. Funny that the car corral had say 10-15% Mopars and there were only like three small local vendors (Mopar). Several of the advertised larger vendors on here were there. I needed fasteners, weatherstripping, ++ and did okay. Helped a neighbor that was a vendor, and that offset food/ parking costs. Had I needed Nova, Chevelle, GTO or Mustang repops I would have been fine. Things like bumpers, tanks, etc.- it was a good place to talk to the actual vendors. A small vendor would have to have been organized to re-coup costs. I think there is still a niche for a small vendor, but you would need one or two things to sell to cover costs.
