Since I seemed to be having launching issues at the track, I was really curious to know what was going on with the suspension. What I had observed from the videos is that the front tires started to lift about an inch off the ground, but as soon as they did, the rear tires started spinning, the front dropped, and the 60' was killed.

Might want to head over to the Race tech board on Moparts. This is not a new issue. Do some digging over there. Sounds like you might be reaching a travel limit. I have read a post in the last few months on that board about this exact issue. I do not remember off the top of my head the resolution. I actually think it had to do with reaching a travel limit on the front too quickly, don't remember all the details right now. I could do some digging, but better that you do and maybe post question or even video over there. Pretty knowledgeable and helpful group in the Race / Engine Tech section.
