As big as this house project is I'll be lucky to have any free time for the next two Summers. It's pretty much a one man total house renovation.

Every wall needs to be sheet rocked (you could live with it but the old lathe plaster is showing it's age).

The plumbing replaced (because I'm installing new fixtures and relocating them).

Whole house rewiring (it's an old house and originally had very few outlets).

All new argon filled double pane windows (no sense in keeping those drafty originals).

Floors refinished (repairing the vandalism and installing carpeting).

Foundation repair (the old brick basement leaks like a sieve).

All new light fixtures (going with a lot of stained glass fixtures to replace the ones the vandals destroyed).

Etc, etc...
